I am a Ph.D candidate in philosophy at MIT, and am pursuing a Ph.D minor in linguistics. I received my BA from Amherst College in Law, Jurisprudence, and Social Thought and an MA in philosophy from Tufts University. Starting Fall 2019, I will be an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Boston University, with a core appointment in the Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Program.
My research is in philosophy of language and feminist, social and political philosophy. My dissertation advisors are Sally Haslanger and Bob Stalnaker. In the spring of 2018, I was a visiting student at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. I have also been a visiting fellow at the University of Oslo ConceptLab.
Prior to my MA, I taught high school and worked as a paralegal.
